For the life
around endo.
The plans. The people. The little things that make you feel like you. They’re the reason Moonsteady exists.
I was looking
for answers, too.
I didn’t begin with a business idea. I began with endometriosis, and a need for more answers.
The gap between how much endometriosis affected my life and how little attention it seemed to receive was hard to accept. I wanted more understanding. More options. And something that felt possible in everyday life.
That search led me to create the formula behind Moonsteady. For me, finding something that helped felt life-changing. I wanted to turn that experience into something I could share.
What helped me won’t be right for every body. I know how much hope can sit inside the decision to try something new, and I take that seriously.
So I wanted to build something with room for the person behind the questions. A place to find clear information, feel understood, and decide what belongs in your routine.
If you’ve arrived here tired of explaining, I hope you can put that down for a moment. You deserve to be heard before you’re asked to buy anything.
The little things
are the big things.
Making a plan without quietly adding “if I feel okay.” Choosing an outfit because you love it. Having something left in the tank after getting through the working day.
In stories from people living with endo, these ordinary moments keep coming up. Alongside the pain, there’s the work of explaining, adjusting, trying again. Your experience may be different, but the wish to be understood should never be too much to ask.
You deserve to be taken seriously on the days you look fine, too.
Feeling understood
should come first.
Clear answers.
You deserve to know what’s inside a product and what it can reasonably offer. We believe in being clear about what comes from personal experience, and what comes from research.
Space to be human.
Some days have room for a routine. Other days, getting through is enough. Your worth has nothing to do with how well you keep up with wellness advice.
Your own pace.
Ask questions. Take your time. Talk with your clinician. A supplement can be one part of a routine; you deserve care that considers the whole of you.
A personal story.
A simple ritual.
