FAQ

Your questions, answered

Everything women ask us before they try Moonsteady: how to take it, when to expect a change, shipping and our 90-day money-back guarantee.

When will I notice a difference?

Give it 3 full cycles. Moonsteady is a daily habit, not a one-day fix, and the NAC studies checked in with women at 3 months. That’s why most women start with the 3-pack. Results vary.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

Then you don’t pay. Your first order has a 90-day money-back guarantee, opened or not. Email hello@moonsteady.com and we refund you in full. Nothing to send back.

Is it hormonal? Can I take it with the pill?

No hormones at all. Moonsteady is one ingredient, NAC, so it fits alongside the plan you already have. If you take the pill or any other medicine, check with your doctor or pharmacist first, like with any new supplement. Don’t take NAC with nitroglycerin or other nitrate heart medicines.

How fast will it get to me?

Shipping is free. Most orders arrive in 10 to 14 days in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

How long does one pouch last?

One pouch is 60 gummies: a full month at 2 a day. The 3-pack covers 3 months and the 6-pack covers 6.

How do I take it?

Two gummies a day, with food. Same time each day makes it easy to remember. Sensitive stomach? Start with one a day for the first few days, then go to two.

What does it taste like? Is there sugar?

Raspberry. They’re soft, sugar-free gummies you chew, so there are no big capsules to swallow.

Why not just buy cheap NAC capsules?

You can. Most women just don’t stick with them: big pills, a 3-times-a-day routine and a smell many can’t stand. Moonsteady is 1,000 mg of NAC in 2 raspberry gummies a day, made for women. Easy to take every day, and every day is what counts.

What is NAC, and is it safe?

NAC (N-acetylcysteine) is a form of the amino acid cysteine. Your body uses it to make glutathione, one of its main antioxidants. It has been used in medicine for decades, is sold as a dietary supplement, and researchers have studied it in women with endometriosis. The most common thing people notice is a mild upset stomach, and taking it with food usually helps. For adults 18+.

Can I take it if I’m pregnant, trying or breastfeeding?

Please ask your doctor first. We don’t recommend starting any new supplement while pregnant, trying or breastfeeding without their okay.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once, and that’s it. No subscription, no surprise charges.

Who makes Moonsteady?
