Return and Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. If items from the same order arrive separately, the period starts when the last item arrives. For subscription purchases, this voluntary return window applies separately to each recurring order. If the final day is a weekend or relevant public holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day.

To qualify under this voluntary policy, gummies must be unused and unopened, in their original bottle and packaging, with the manufacturer's safety seal intact. We may ask for your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.

Opened bottles, partially consumed products, and products damaged through misuse or improper storage after delivery are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns. These conditions do not restrict your rights concerning defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed goods, or any other mandatory consumer rights.

Requesting and Sending a Return

Email hello@moonsteady.com with the items you wish to return and your order details. You may also use the return or cancellation option for your order through our customer accounts.

We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Our business correspondence address is not a returns facility. Please do not send products to that address or to the sender address on your package without instructions.

For voluntary returns, send the goods within 14 calendar days after we provide return instructions. For statutory withdrawals, the legal return deadline described below applies. We will not reject a timely request because of a delay in our response or in providing return instructions. Our approval is not required to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

You pay the direct shipping cost for a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to pay. We do not charge a restocking fee. Any requirement to return goods internationally will be disclosed before purchase. Keep proof of postage; tracked shipping is recommended.

Refunds

For eligible voluntary returns, we refund the amount paid for the returned products, including applicable tax. Discounts are accounted for using the amount actually paid. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for voluntary change-of-mind returns unless the law requires otherwise.

We assess voluntary returns and issue eligible refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods, or of confirming that no return is required. Shorter statutory deadlines take priority. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Refunds required because of an unfulfilled order, a defect, or a statutory cancellation are handled under the applicable legal rules, not solely under our voluntary-return conditions. We do not substitute store credit for a legally required monetary refund without your agreement.

Damaged, Incorrect, Unsafe, or Defective Products

Contact hello@moonsteady.com if your order is incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or appears defective or unsafe. Please provide your order details and, where reasonably available, photographs and the batch or lot number.

Do not consume a product that appears contaminated or tampered with, or whose safety seal was damaged on arrival. Report a suspected adverse reaction to a healthcare professional and contact us about the product.

We will assess the issue and provide the refund, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable law. Where the issue is our responsibility, we cover reasonable necessary return shipping costs. We may arrange a resolution without requiring a return.

Please report problems promptly to help us investigate. The 30-day voluntary-return window, original-packaging requirement, and unopened-bottle condition do not limit your statutory remedies.

UK and EU Withdrawal Rights

For qualifying distance purchases, customers in the United Kingdom and European Union may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. For a single order delivered in separate parts, this period runs from receipt of the last item. For a contract covering regular deliveries during a defined period, the statutory period generally runs from receipt of the first delivery. Our separate right to cancel future subscription renewals remains available.

Notify us before the applicable deadline by emailing hello@moonsteady.com or sending a clear statement to our correspondence address below. You may use the optional form below, but it is not compulsory. Sending your withdrawal notice before the deadline is sufficient.

You can also exercise withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” link in our website footer. Open the relevant order and use its cancellation or return option. We will acknowledge an online withdrawal by email without undue delay, including the details and submission time.

Unless we arrange collection, send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of withdrawal. We will provide return-routing instructions promptly. You bear the direct return postage cost where this was properly disclosed before purchase, unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to pay.

For a valid withdrawal from the whole order, we refund the payments received, including the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery option are not included. We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after you notify us of withdrawal. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement, where legally permitted, until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without additional cost.

The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons. We rely on this exception only where its legal conditions are satisfied. Otherwise, any deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods will be made only as permitted by law. Opening goods does not remove your rights concerning faults, safety, or misdescription.

Complete and send this form only to exercise a withdrawal right. Any other clear withdrawal statement is also accepted.

Australian Consumer Rights

Australian customers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For other failures, we will provide the remedy required by law. Our voluntary return conditions do not limit these rights.

Subscriptions and Other Statutory Rights

Cancelling future subscription renewals does not automatically return or refund an order already charged. Existing orders remain subject to this policy and applicable cancellation rights. Subscription cancellation instructions are in our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this policy replaces or limits mandatory consumer protections, including applicable legal guarantees of conformity. Where local law gives you additional or more favorable rights, those rights apply.
