Delivery Destinations
Moonsteady offers delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European destinations. Available destinations and product-specific restrictions are shown before checkout is completed. We do not accept an order for a destination where the selected product cannot lawfully be supplied.
Where Orders Ship From
Our supplier partners fulfill orders from the United States or China, depending on inventory and the destination. A dispatch location is not necessarily the country of manufacture. Moonsteady remains responsible for its obligations as the seller.
Delivery Timeframe
Our standard estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days in total from order placement to delivery. This includes order processing and transit; processing time is not added on top of that estimate.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding relevant public holidays. A different delivery timeframe applies only when it is clearly disclosed and agreed before purchase.
For subscriptions, the delivery estimate applies separately to each recurring order from the date that order is placed.
Shipping Charges and Tracking
Available shipping methods, charges, and any free-shipping offer are displayed before you place the order. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after purchase.
When tracking is available for a shipment, we provide the tracking details with the shipping update. Contact hello@moonsteady.com for assistance locating an order.
If items ship separately, we will not charge additional shipping beyond the amount agreed for the order without your consent.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may require customs clearance. Taxes and duties collected by Moonsteady are shown before you pay. If additional import charges are payable by you on arrival, we will disclose that before purchase, including the amount or calculation information where required and available.
We will not require you to bear an additional charge that we were legally required to disclose before purchase but did not disclose. Contact hello@moonsteady.com if a carrier requests an unexpected payment so that we can investigate it.
Delays and Unfulfilled Orders
Carrier disruption, customs processing, public holidays, and other events may affect delivery. An estimate does not remove your statutory delivery or cancellation rights.
If we learn that we cannot meet the agreed timing, we will notify you, provide revised information where available, and explain your options. Where required, we will seek your consent to a shipping delay or cancel the affected order and provide a prompt refund. We will not treat a general delays clause as permission to hold your payment indefinitely.
If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact hello@moonsteady.com. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner or carrier and provide the replacement, refund, or other remedy required by law.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrectly Delivered Parcels
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, check the delivery location and with anyone who may have accepted it, then contact us. A delivered tracking scan does not automatically end our investigation or remove any rights you have.
For damaged, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries, contact us with your order details and photographs where reasonably available. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the remedies available.
Address Changes and Unsuccessful Delivery
Check your delivery address before submitting an order. Email hello@moonsteady.com promptly to request a correction. We may be unable to change an address after dispatch.
If incorrect information supplied by you causes a failed delivery, we will discuss the available options. Any lawful, reasonable redelivery cost will be explained before you agree to it. We do not automatically forfeit your payment because a parcel is returned to sender.
Nothing in this policy transfers transit risk to you earlier than applicable law permits or excludes mandatory consumer rights.
