About Moonsteady

Moonsteady is operated by eonimo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. In these Terms, “Moonsteady,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to eonimo LLC. Our online store operates at moonsteady.com and uses Shopify as its ecommerce platform. Your product purchase is from eonimo LLC, not from Shopify or our fulfillment partners.

These Terms govern purchases from our store and permitted use of our website, together with our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these documents removes mandatory consumer rights.

Eligibility and Accurate Information

Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. To order, you must also have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract in your jurisdiction.

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Keep account access secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized activity affecting an order or account.

Products and Responsible Use

Read the product description, ingredient list, allergens, directions, and warnings before buying and using a product. Follow the label and do not exceed its recommended serving. Keep products out of reach of children.

Website information is general information, not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease or replace professional medical care. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional about suitability, particularly when taking medication, managing a medical condition, pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning surgery.

We do not promise that every customer will experience a particular outcome. This does not excuse inaccurate product descriptions, unsupported advertising claims, defects, or a failure to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Orders and Acceptance

Before submitting an order, review the selected product, quantity, purchase type, delivery details, and total charge. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept the order when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly accept it earlier.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason such as unavailable stock, a delivery restriction, suspected fraud, or an obvious listing error. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment for an order we do not accept. We will not correct a price error by charging you more without your express agreement.

After acceptance, we will honor the agreed order terms, subject to applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will explain the issue and provide the refund or other remedy required by law. We will not substitute a different formulation without your agreement.

Prices, Payment, and Promotions

The applicable currency, product price, purchase type, shipping charges, and taxes we collect are displayed before you place the order. Any additional customer-payable import charges will be disclosed as required by law before purchase.

Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. You authorize the charge you expressly agree to at checkout. Selecting a one-time purchase does not authorize subscription billing.

Promotions apply according to the conditions disclosed with the offer. A subscription introductory price, when offered, does not continue after the disclosed promotional period unless the offer says otherwise. Price changes do not alter an order already accepted.

Subscription Purchases

When you expressly select a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method for the products, quantities, prices, shipping charges, and billing frequency presented before enrollment. The subscription continues until cancelled. There is no minimum commitment or cancellation fee.

Your subscription confirmation will describe the recurring arrangement and explain how to manage or cancel it. Renewal reminders and other notices will be provided when required by law.

You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next scheduled charge through the online subscription-management option in your customer account or the management link in your subscription emails. You may also email hello@moonsteady.com using the email associated with your subscription and provide enough information to identify it.

Online cancellation does not require speaking to a representative. An email cancellation takes effect when we receive it, not when our support team replies. We will confirm cancellation. If a renewal is charged after an effective cancellation, contact us and we will correct the charge promptly.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged. For an existing order, contact us promptly; the order-cancellation provisions below, our Return and Refund Policy, and applicable statutory rights apply.

We will provide advance notice of changes to a subscription price or other material subscription terms and obtain additional consent when the law requires it. You may cancel before a change takes effect. We will not retroactively reclaim a subscription discount solely because you cancel future renewals.

If a subscription payment fails, we may notify you and suspend the affected delivery while the payment issue is resolved. We do not impose an undisclosed late-payment or cancellation fee.

Order Cancellations, Shipping, and Returns

To request cancellation or an address change, use the available order options in your customer account or email hello@moonsteady.com promptly. We accept cancellation requests before dispatch, but an order already handed to a carrier may not be physically stoppable. Statutory withdrawal rights remain available even when we cannot intercept a shipment.

Delivery arrangements and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, damaged goods, and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Using a supplier or carrier does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.

Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

Do not use our store for fraud, unlawful transactions, impersonation, unauthorized access, malicious software, or interference with another person's use of the website.

Website content, branding, and materials are subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view and save information for personal use and to retain a record of your purchase. Commercial copying or exploitation requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law permits otherwise.

Reviews and Third-Party Content

If you submit a review, it must reflect your genuine experience and must not infringe another person's rights. You retain ownership of your review and permit us to display it with the relevant product or review information on our store. We will not materially change its meaning or remove an otherwise lawful review merely because it is negative. Separate advertising uses requiring your consent will be handled separately.

Third-party links may lead to websites with their own terms and privacy practices. Those links do not change our responsibility for products purchased from Moonsteady.

Privacy and Communications

Our Privacy Policy describes the collection and use of personal information and available privacy rights. Necessary order, delivery, account, and subscription communications are separate from promotional marketing. Marketing consent will be obtained where required; accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to unrelated data use or marketing.

Responsibility and Limitations

We will exercise reasonable care in operating our store and performing our obligations. Temporary website interruptions may occur, but they do not remove your rights concerning an accepted order or payment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective-product liability, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Statutory warranties, consumer guarantees, and other mandatory protections remain in force.

Our store is intended for personal consumer purchases. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for business losses arising from commercial use of consumer purchases. This does not exclude compensation or other remedies available under mandatory consumer law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, except that consumers retain the mandatory protections available under the laws applicable in their place of residence.

Please contact hello@moonsteady.com about a complaint. Contacting us is not a condition of exercising a legal remedy. These Terms do not require a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively in Wyoming, waive a right to a competent local court, or submit to mandatory arbitration.

Changes and General Provisions

Updates to these Terms apply prospectively. We will not use a website update to remove rights attached to an existing order. Changes affecting an ongoing subscription are subject to the notice and consent provisions above.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in exercising a right does not itself waive that right.
